急に暑くなったここ数日、ルピナスが咲き乱れています。熊蜂が大忙し。
夏の住処に引っ越しました。アヒルたちは、スタンが作ってくれた新居。今日からここで寝ています。
All moved into their summer grounds. The ducks have the brand new house, made for them by Stan. They’re sleeping here as of tonight.
雨上がりの朝、陽の光と共に訪れた、二重の虹の橋。こうして見ると、やっぱり虹の色は、無限大です。なぜ７色にまとめてしまうのかな？
Woke up this morning to this. A double rainbow bridge arrived with the rising sun, after a night of rain. The rainbow has many colours – a full spectrum, really. Why limit ourselves to seven (six)?
ウッドチップの下を覗いてみると、こんな土が出来上がってました。ケールを植えました。気にいってくれるかな？ちなみに後ろのエンドウは、グリーンハウスからレスキューされてここに来ました。暑すぎたから。
Peaked under the woodchips, and found this soil! Hopefully the kales will like it. By the way, the peas in the back were rescued from the greenhouse where it was getting WAY too hot!
